Under the Directive on Distance Selling you have a statutory right to return goods purchased online within 14 days of receiving your order. This 14 day period begins the day after you receive the item(s) from us. Used goods do not qualify for returns under Right to Cancel.
Including this cooling off period, you may return items within 30 days of receiving the order.
As all products are made to order return or refund would not be acceptable unless the product(s) is defective. Because if the goods were returned, they cannot be sold again, especially for custom sizes that are not standard sizes. Please place your order carefully and check the products as soon as possible after you receive them. If you find that any product we supplied is defective, please help take photos and contact us by email email@example.com. We shall inspect the pictures and if agreeing with you that the product is defective then we will either (at our discretion) offer a refund for the price of the product, or repair or replace the product (we will email you the action taken).
All returned items must be in brand-new condition, unused and with original tags and packaging.
After receiving your curtains, if you have measured them incorrectly or want alterations made, the curtains can be returned to our factory at your cost, and we can make alterations for you for a small fee.
First of all, please make sure that the curtain header you need and the one you chose when your placing the order are completely correct.
If sending wrong products, we'll be responsible for the replacement or the return freight.
However, due to your mistakes【placing the order with error curtain header】, you would have to pay the shipping and return costs between our factory and your shipping address.
Please ensure you use a metal tape measure to prevent errors in measuring. Non metal tape measures can stretch so they should not be used for measuring curtains.
In the extremely unlikely event that you received the curtains and they are the wrong size, we will arrange for the curtains to be remade or resized. Whether the curtains are remade or resized will be at Anady Top's discretion. We will cover the cost of freight receiving and sending the curtains to and from our factory.
On the contrary, you would cover the cost of freight receiving and sending the curtains to and from our factory because of your fault【placing the order with error size】.
DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
After receiving your item, If you find that it is damaged, please contact us within 3 days of receipt to organize a replacement.
CHANGE OF MIND
Please measure your sizes and chose items carefully and confirm your color deco scheme fully as we do not accept returns for change of mind once order executed.
Color may vary slightly from the picture due to variations in your monitor, lighting and batch colors. Please keep this in mind when ordering as we do not accept returns for color variation. Different people have different senses of color.
Fabric may show differently in a picture than what you expect. Please keep this in mind when ordering as we do not accept returns for fabric being different than you expected.
DESIGN, LACE AND EXTRAS
Some design features of a curtain like lace and texture may show differently in a picture than what you expect. Please keep this in mind when ordering as we do not accept returns for fabric being different than you expected.
RETURN SHIPPING POSTAGE
The following reasons do not qualify for free return shipping.
- Misunderstood the image of the product.
- Not the color you wanted.
- Not the shading rate you hoped or imagined
- Not the quality you wanted.
- Not the material you're satisfied with.
- Items do not fit properly but were made accurately.
(Products do not work for your situation but were made according to your order.)
- Items do not match your old ones
- Change of mind / No longer wants it.
- Ordered wrong item by mistake.
- Tolerance size within +/- 1% is treated as industry acceptable.
Anady Top will be responsible for all return shipping fees and will refund full in the following condition:
- We sent the wrong items.
- The items have been damaged while receiving.
Buyers are required to provide product pictures to verify the return reasons.
If the package is rejected due to the customer's reasons, the return shipping fee is the customer's responsibility and will be deducted from the refund. (Especially in the case of change of mind, suspected malicious purchases)
THE PROCESS FOR RETURNING

- The buyer and our customer service two parties reach a consensus on the return of goods
- The buyer sends the return and let us know the tracking number of the return package
- The return package is received and the goods are checked by us (whether the quantity is right, whether it is brand new and not used, whether the return reasons are true, etc.)
- The money is refunded
