Attention:

1. APO/FPO & PO Boxes are not accepted. 

2. For Alaska, American Samoa, Guam, Hawaii, Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico and Virgin Islands, only Express Shipping can be chosen.

3. Package to Canada and United Kingdom may be paid for clearance customs tax when you pick it up. For more remote areas in Canada, please allow an additional 1-2 days for delivery.

Lead Time

Normally we need 1-3 days for tailoring and sewing, plus 4-9 days for delivery via SF Express/FedEx/DHL/UPS or other carriers to your address.

Total Delivery Time 5-12 business days

Expedited shipping

Expedited shipping is 1-5 business days shipping time (does not include tailoring time for curtains).

Shipping Limitation

We can't ship order to military address.

We can't ship order to PO Box address.

Shipping Times On Our Website Are A Guide Only

Shipping times provided on our website are a guide only and are the time frame that 95% of orders are filled within. Due to circumstances outside of our control【E.g. peak holidays (Christmas, New Year, etc) or remote areas, customs inspection...】, sometimes orders may take longer, no refund will be given for overdue arrival. If you require a curtain by a certain date, please contact us to confirm the time frame and order well in advance.

Where Is My Ordershipping carrier

Your shipping confirmation will be received only when your items are fulfilled. Once your order is shipped an email will be sent to you, where there are the shipping carrier's name, tracking number with a link and . You can just click the link or the button and be opened directly to the express company's website and see exactly where your parcel is. The link of tracking number can also be available on your order status page. Your package will be shipped by SF Express/FedEx/DHL/UPS or other carriers.

1. We are doing our best to make the promised time, please understand our warehouse are working only on business days, so please remember to enjoy the sunshine even there's a day or two difference in the ETA, and by the way, we will inform you proactively if something is wrong. 

2. Phone number is required for delivery. Leave correct email address in your order so that order confirmation and shipping confirmation will be sent.
